Dear Conference Attendees:
I am writing this letter with a great deal of sadness. I regret that I must notify you that the 2009 NYSACE annual conference scheduled for December 6 – 8 at the Century House in Latham, NY has been canceled.
The verbal feedback we have received indicates that NYSACE had planned a high quality conference that was of interest to many. Unfortunately, due to the fiscal times, our conference registration was excessively low.
All checks that were mailed to Cyndy Gillmore and the hotel will be returned. The hotel has cancelled the block of rooms for our conference. You may call the hotel personally to confirm the cancelation of your hotel reservation(s) at 518- 518-785-0931.
I’m sorry that you will not have the opportunity to learn in person from our presenters. We are hoping that at a future date NYSACE will be able to sponsor a conference.
We will post any future opportunities to obtain the conference presentation information via another format.
